1. Parties
These Terms of Use ("Terms") are an agreement between Webmetri Digital Solutions Ltd ("we"), which provides the OnayVPN service, and you, the user of the OnayVPN mobile app. How your personal data is processed is described in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
2. The Service
OnayVPN is a virtual private network (VPN) service that routes your internet traffic through an encrypted tunnel to VPN servers in different countries. It uses the WireGuard, OpenVPN and VLESS protocols; the app can choose the protocol that suits your device and network automatically.
You can browse the server list for free; an active subscription is required to connect. Our no-logs commitment is described in detail in the Privacy Policy.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use the service. If you are a minor in your country, you may use the service and make purchases only with the permission of a parent or guardian.
4. Account
On first launch the app automatically creates a guest account for you. A guest account exists only on that device; so that you can restore your subscription if you remove the app or change phones, we recommend linking your account with Google, Apple or email. If you sign out of an unlinked guest account, it cannot be recovered.
You are responsible for the security of your account and device. Tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.
5. Subscription and Payment
- OnayVPN Premium is offered as auto-renewing subscriptions of 1 month, 3 months, 6 months and 12 months.
- Prices are shown in your local currency on the purchase screen and in the store. Taxes are included according to the store's rules.
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account when you confirm the purchase. We never see your card details.
- No free trial is currently offered. If one is offered in the future, its terms will be shown clearly on the purchase screen.
- While your subscription is active you have access to all servers and protocols. Your VPN account is prepared automatically once payment is confirmed; this may occasionally take a few minutes.
6. Auto-Renewal, Cancellation and Refunds
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period for the same duration and at the then-current price unless you cancel. The renewal is charged within 24 hours before the end of the current period. To avoid renewal, cancel at least 24 hours before the period ends.
- iPhone / iPad: Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions → OnayVPN
- Android: Google Play Store → Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → OnayVPN
After you cancel, you keep access until the end of the current period; no partial refunds are given for the remaining time. If the store cannot collect payment at renewal, access stays open for a short time (up to 3 days); if payment is not completed in that time the subscription ends.
Deleting your account does not cancel your subscription. The store you purchased from is the only place the subscription is managed.
Refunds are governed by the rules of the store you purchased from (Apple or Google), and the store decides on refund requests: for Apple, reportaproblem.apple.com; for Google Play, your order history in the Play Store. When a refund is approved, your VPN access ends immediately. You acknowledge that the service is a digital service whose performance begins at the time of purchase, and that, to the extent permitted by applicable consumer law, the right of withdrawal may therefore not apply outside the stores' refund processes. This does not limit any mandatory statutory rights you have as a consumer.
7. Device Limit
The number of devices you can use at the same time depends on the plan you purchase and is shown on the purchase screen. When the limit is reached and you sign in on a new device, the device that has gone unused the longest is removed automatically. You can view and remove your devices in the app under Account → Devices. Sharing or reselling your subscription commercially is prohibited.
8. Acceptable Use
You may not use OnayVPN to:
- Carry out any activity that violates the laws of your country or of the target country
- Create, store or distribute illegal content, including content related to child exploitation
- Send spam, conduct phishing or fraud, or distribute malware
- Gain unauthorized access to other systems, port scan, launch denial-of-service (DoS/DDoS) or similar attacks
- Infringe the copyright, trademark or other intellectual property rights of others
- Harm or overload the service's infrastructure, servers or other users
- Reverse engineer or modify the app, or access our APIs with automated tools outside the app
Because we keep no traffic logs, we do not monitor your content. However, if our infrastructure provider or a competent authority reports abuse originating from a server, we may suspend the relevant account to keep the service running.
9. Local Laws
VPN use may be restricted or prohibited in some countries. It is your responsibility to make sure using OnayVPN is legal where you are. Using a VPN does not protect you from the consequences of unlawful acts.
10. Availability and Changes
We work to provide the service without interruption, but due to the nature of the internet and third-party infrastructure we cannot guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or run at a particular speed. Connection speed depends on your location, internet provider, the server you choose and network conditions. Some websites or streaming services may block VPN connections.
We may change, add or remove servers, countries, protocols and features from time to time. We will give advance notice of any change that materially alters the core nature of your subscription.
11. Suspension and Termination
If you breach these Terms, abuse the service or are suspected of fraud, we may suspend or terminate your account or your access to part of the service (e.g. the support system). Where possible, we will tell you the reason in the app.
You can delete your account at any time in the app (Account → Delete account); see Account deletion for details. If we discontinue the service entirely, we will announce it reasonably in advance.
12. Limitation of Liability
The service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages (including loss of profit or data) arising from the use of, or inability to use, the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the subscription fees you paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. These limitations do not affect liability for intent or gross negligence, or consumers' mandatory statutory rights.
13. Apple and Google Terms
If you downloaded the app from the Apple App Store: these Terms are between you and us, not Apple, and we, not Apple, are responsible for the app and its content. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the app. If the app fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple and Apple may refund the purchase price, if any; Apple has no other warranty obligation. We, not Apple, are responsible for addressing any product liability, legal compliance or intellectual property claims relating to the app. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you. When using the app you must also comply with Apple's Standard License Agreement and the App Store usage rules.
If you downloaded the app from Google Play, purchases and refunds are also subject to the Google Play Terms of Service.
14. General
The OnayVPN name, logo and app software belong to us; you are granted only a non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use the service for personal purposes.
We may update these Terms. The current version is always published on this page, and we announce material changes in the app. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Mandatory consumer protection rules of the country where you live as a consumer remain unaffected. In case of a dispute, please contact us first; consumers resident in Türkiye may apply to consumer arbitration committees and consumer courts.
If any provision of these Terms is held invalid, the remaining provisions remain in effect. These Terms are also available in Turkish; in case of any discrepancy, the Turkish version prevails.
